This site (wedding.seanandsela.com) is a private wedding website for Sean Chang and Selanathania Sentijono's wedding. It is not a commercial service — the information below covers what we collect from guests using the RSVP form and how it's used.

What we collect

When you RSVP, we collect the names of your household's guests, an email address, your event attendance and meal/dietary preferences, and any message you choose to add. This information is entered directly by you or someone in your household on the RSVP form.

How we use it

Solely to plan the wedding — headcounts, catering, seating, and to send you confirmation and reminder emails about your own RSVP. We never sell, share, or use this information for advertising or marketing, and it is never given to any third party except the vendors directly involved in running the wedding (e.g. the caterer receiving a dietary headcount).

How long we keep it

Guest information is kept only for as long as needed to plan and run the wedding, and is deleted afterward.
